1. How far in advance should I book?


I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on my schedule and inventory.

2. Is a deposit required to book?


Yes — to secure your event date, a 50% deposit and signed contract must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

3. What’s your cancellation policy?


Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund, minus the $50 non-refundable portion. This fee is only refunded in the event of a Soar & Adore error. Deposits may be transferred to a new date up to two times, based on availability. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur additional material costs. Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies is allowed based on availability.

4. Do you provide the balloons, or can I bring my own?


I only use balloons that I source myself to ensure the quality, durability, and overall look of your setup. I do not work with customer-supplied balloons.

 

5. Do you deliver and install?
Yes! I offer full delivery and installation services.

  • Installation fee: 20% of your balloon order subtotal

  • Delivery fee: $15 within Amarillo and Canyon, 
    Delivery beyond 25 miles is available upon request, depending on location.

6. What areas do you serve?


I currently serve Amarillo and Canyon, Texas. If you’re located outside these areas, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to discuss options!

7. Do you offer pickup options?


At this time, I specialize in delivery and on-site installations only to ensure the best presentation and balloon quality.

8. How long does it take to install?


Every setup is different — installation time depends on the size and complexity of your order. I often pre-inflate balloons before arriving to help speed things up. My goal is to have your setup completed at least 30 minutes before your event begins so there’s time for photos and final touches.

9. Will you return to take the balloons down?


I do not return to remove balloon decor unless prior arrangements have been made or your order includes a rental item. A strike and disposal fee will apply for teardown services.

10. How long will the balloons last?

I only use professional-grade balloons and the best techniques to maximize longevity. However, environmental factors can affect durability:

  • Outdoor installs typically last 1–2 days (During hot months, I recommend lighter balloon colors and shaded outdoor placement, as heat can cause air to expand and pop darker balloons more easily.)

  • Indoor installs can last 4+ weeks with proper care
